Work Package 4

Work Package 4: Data and Image Analysis

Work Package 4 is designed to provide three main sets of deliverables. Firstly, it must provide a core infrastructure for data capture, archiving and access. Secondly, it must provide prototype software to allow investigation of experimental approaches to data analysis. Finally, it must generate a core of data management and analytical tools sufficient to support pre-clinical studies and clinical trials using the selected imaging biomarkers and developed to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards. Selection of imaging biomarkers that will be raised to GCP depends on the need to use these imaging biomarkers as primary or secondary endpoints in clinical trials and/or for patient care.
